EU Directive “Green Houses“ March 2024
innovation approved by the European Parliament which, after the awaited formal approval by the EU Council (probably on 12 April), will come into force by the twentieth day of registration in the Official Journal.
The new text maintains the results achieved in the trilogue, leaving more room for Member States to outline a path of renewal.

New European Green Homes Directive: what it provides for Italy
On 14 March the European Parliament approved the text which provides for the renovation of European buildings with the aim of making them more sustainable for the environment. A provisional agreement with some changes to the negotiations was reached on 7 December, the text of which should be voted on in early 2024.
